Join us at Chik-fil-A at Camp Wisdom and Highway 360 for our first fundraiser of 2010-11.

From 5 to 8 p.m., dine in or drive through Chik-fil-A and mention Cabaniss Elementary, and we'll get 15% of the proceeds from your check. You must mention Cabaniss for us to benefit.

The winners of our membership contest will be announced. The class in each grade with the highest percentage of members wins a popcorn party from PTA.

Membership contest
Sign up by Sept. 21, and help your child's class win a popcorn party. The classroom in each grade with the highest percentage of PTA memberships by Sept. 21 will win the party. Winning classes will be announced at Tuesday's meeting, and the party for the winning classrooms will be Friday, Sept. 24.

Mark your calendars! We've set the dates for PTA meetings for the 2010-11 school year. We'll meet in the Cabaniss cafeteria the third Tuesday of most months, with some exceptions.
